Inspiring Youtube Videos

Last week, I stumbled across a fun little Youtube video showing the challenges faced by a baby squirrel. After sharing this on Twitter, I received an idea about using the video at school from McTeach. I then started to wonder how nice it would be to have a collection of inspirational Youtube videos which could be used in the classroom. So, I decided to set up another Ideas to Inspire presentation…

Youtube

After only five days, this is now the most popular presentation on the site, having been viewed over 1,100 times in that short space of time. There are currently 35 wonderful videos (many of which have been contributed by other teachers) covering a wide range of topics… some of them will raise a smile, while others are a little sad. Many of them are extremely thought provoking.

Let me know if you use any of the videos in your classroom, and feel free to get in touch if you know of any good videos which could be added. I’m sure this presentation could grow and grow… how many videos can we add together?
